Ingredients:
- 16 ouncess White or Brown Button style Mushrooms
- 1 larges Shallot, sliced lengthwise
- 6 tablespoons Olive Oils
- 10 leafs Tarragon, fresh
- 1 teaspoons Marjoram, dried
- 4 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 dashs Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions:
- 1 Add Olive oil to a medium hot skillet
- 2 Add mushrooms to oil, coat and add salt and pepper. Keep mushrooms stirred
- 3 Pour Red Wine Vinegar around the outside of the mushrooms and allow to evaporate a little
- 4 Add olive oil and Worcestershire Sauce, bring to a low boil and move around the skillet, transfer to a bowl to marinate
- 5 Add tarragon and or Marjoram, let cool or eat warm
