Salads Appetizers

Ingredients:

  • 16 ouncess White or Brown Button style Mushrooms
  • 1 larges Shallot, sliced lengthwise
  • 6 tablespoons Olive Oils
  • 10 leafs Tarragon, fresh
  • 1 teaspoons Marjoram, dried
  • 4 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 dashs Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions:

  • 1 Add Olive oil to a medium hot skillet
  • 2 Add mushrooms to oil, coat and add salt and pepper. Keep mushrooms stirred
  • 3 Pour Red Wine Vinegar around the outside of the mushrooms and allow to evaporate a little
  • 4 Add olive oil and Worcestershire Sauce, bring to a low boil and move around the skillet, transfer to a bowl to marinate
  • 5 Add tarragon and or Marjoram, let cool or eat warm
