A Cove Cuisine Salad and Side

Cove Greek Salald
A delicious, colorful salad accentuated with the saltiness of Olives and Feta. There isn't lettuce in a traditional Greek Salad, how a crisp head of Romaine is always a nice addition.
Salads
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pounds Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1 pints Cherry Tomates, whole or halved
- 1 freshs Cucumber, seeded and sliced
- 1/2 mediums Red Onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cups Kalamata Olives, pitted
- 1 heads Romaine Lettuce, torn in pieces
- 1 tablespoons Oregano, dried
- 4 leafs Basil, chiffonade
- 1/2 cups Garlic Oregano Infused Olive Oil
- 1/4 cups Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoons Montreal Seasoning
Instructions:
- 1 Whisk together Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Garlic, Montreal Seasoning, and Dried Oregano
- 2 Pour the vinaigrette over the tomatoes, onions, lettuce and cucumbers, then add Feta and Olives and toss lightly
- 3 Top with a Basil Chiffonade, serve immediately.
