Cove Greek Salald

A delicious, colorful salad accentuated with the saltiness of Olives and Feta.  There isn't lettuce in a traditional Greek Salad, how a crisp head of Romaine is always a nice addition.

Salads

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pounds Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1 pints Cherry Tomates, whole or halved
  • 1 freshs Cucumber, seeded and sliced
  • 1/2 mediums Red Onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cups Kalamata Olives, pitted
  • 1 heads Romaine Lettuce, torn in pieces
  • 1 tablespoons Oregano, dried
  • 4 leafs Basil, chiffonade
  • 1/2 cups Garlic Oregano Infused Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoons Montreal Seasoning

Instructions:

  • 1 Whisk together Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Garlic, Montreal Seasoning, and Dried Oregano
  • 2 Pour the vinaigrette over the tomatoes, onions, lettuce and cucumbers, then add Feta and Olives and toss lightly
  • 3 Top with a Basil Chiffonade, serve immediately.
