Dips, Spreads & Sauces

Ingredients:

  • 5 mediums Tomatoes
  • 1 cups Cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 smalls Yellow Onion, chopped
  • 2 wholes Datil Peppers, seeded and choped
  • 1 mediums Lime, juiced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cumin, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoons Oregano, dried
  • 1 tablespoons Salt

Instructions:

  • 1 Add all of the ingredients into a food processor, pulse until you reach your desired consistency.
  • 2 Place the salsa in a bowl, cover and pop it in the fridge to set for an hour before serving.
  • 3 Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
