Red Pepper Aioli

A nice, flavorful Aioli that goes with a number of dishes...

Dips, Spreads & Sauces

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 cups Roasted Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Thyme, Dried
  • 1/2 cups Duke's Mayonnaise
  • 4 drops Crystal Hot Sauce
  • 1 dashs Curry Powder
  • 1 dashs Paprika

Instructions:

  • 1 Finely chop the garlic in the food processor. Add the peppers and blend until almost smooth. Blend in the mayonnaise. With the machine running, blend in the oil. Season the aioli, to taste, with salt and pepper. Transfer the aioli to a small bowl. (The aioli can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
  • 2 Spread the aioli over the toasts and serve.
