Ingredients:

  • 3/4 sticks Butter
  • 1 cups Flour
  • 1 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 3/4 cups Whole Milk
  • 2 cups Fresh Blueberries
  • 1/2 gallons Ice Cream

Instructions:

  • 1 Melt butter in deep dish baking container.
  • 2 Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, 1 cup sugar and milk. Pour this mixture on top of melted butter.
  • 3 Wash berries and mix with remaining 3/4 cup sugar. Pour on top of mixture.
  • 4 Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 45 minutes, Serve with Ice cream
