Sangrita Tranquilla

Ingredients:

  • 6 ouncess Tomato Juice
  • 5 ouncess Orange Juice
  • 2 1/4 ouncess Lime Juice ( about 1 1/2 Large limes )
  • 1 dashs Agave Nectar
  • 1 teaspoons Crystal Hot Sauce
  • 1 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 mediums Datil Pepper, dried, finely chopped
  • 1 pinchs Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/4 tablespoons Smoked Spanish Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoons Datil Pepper Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Spanish Onion, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
  • 2 pinchs Cumin, ground
  • 1 tablespoons Juice from Pico de Gallo

Instructions:

  • 1 Combine the tomato juice, orange juice, lime juice, agave, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, chile, and pepper. Stir to combine, cover and refrigerate.
  • 2 n a shallow plate, combine the smoked paprika and salt. Moisten the rim of the glass with a lime wedge, and dip into the paprika-salt mixture. Put ice into a glass, and pour the mixture over and garnish with a lime slice.
  • 3 Serve with Tequila
