This spicy yet fruity cocktail is a traditional companion to our favorite Tequila
Beverages
Ingredients:
- 6 ouncess Tomato Juice
- 5 ouncess Orange Juice
- 2 1/4 ouncess Lime Juice ( about 1 1/2 Large limes )
- 1 dashs Agave Nectar
- 1 teaspoons Crystal Hot Sauce
- 1 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 mediums Datil Pepper, dried, finely chopped
- 1 pinchs Black Pepper, freshly ground
- 1/4 tablespoons Smoked Spanish Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoons Datil Pepper Salt
- 2 teaspoons Spanish Onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoons Cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
- 2 pinchs Cumin, ground
- 1 tablespoons Juice from Pico de Gallo
Instructions:
- 1 Combine the tomato juice, orange juice, lime juice, agave, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, chile, and pepper. Stir to combine, cover and refrigerate.
- 2 n a shallow plate, combine the smoked paprika and salt. Moisten the rim of the glass with a lime wedge, and dip into the paprika-salt mixture. Put ice into a glass, and pour the mixture over and garnish with a lime slice.
- 3 Serve with Tequila
